Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Kaivo subscription at any time through your device settings or directly in the app. Here's how:

When Cancellation Takes Effect

• Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
• Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation

Free Trial Cancellation

If you're on a free trial, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. To avoid charges:

• Cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends (iOS)
• Cancel before the trial period expires (Android)
• You'll keep access to premium features until the trial period ends

Refund Policy

Requesting a Refund:

• iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android: Visit Google Play refund page

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, not by Kaivo directly.

Data After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your progress data remains saved in the app
• You can continue using basic features
• Premium features will be locked after your billing period ends
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time to regain full access
